Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 20cm below your waist.
Neck (Men)
Measure around the base of your neck where a collar would sit.
Height (Kids)
Measure without shoes, from the top of the head to the floor.
Take measurements at the end of the day for the most accurate sizing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
